Fairfield Energy was established in 2005 with major funding from a syndicate of North American and European private equity investors, led by Warburg Pincus. With a focused vision, Fairfield has become an innovative upstream oil producer, specifically concentrating on the appraisal and development of hydrocarbon accumulations in the North Sea.
With outstanding subsurface knowledge, commercial creativity and disciplined investment, Fairfield is confident in its strategy to extract more from fields and discoveries which have either been overlooked or abandoned by other companies, or have seen under-investment in recent times.
Headquartered in Staines, Middlesex and with an operational office in Aberdeen, the team at Fairfield Energy is highly experienced and accomplished with the skills and resources to operate significant development and production assets. The team’s experience in running large projects worldwide, spanning all key disciplines within the oil and gas industry, is instrumental to Fairfield Energy’s position as a significant UK Independent E&P company.
