Engineering

What the team says...

Within Fairfield, engineering covers all aspects of development, production and abandonment activities. For example, from 2008 we will be looking at everything from new offshore accommodation to studies that will improve Dunlin’s effects on the environment.

We rely upon and work with a number of engineering companies to produce designs that will maintain and increase production. All our facilities must be fit for purpose and have demonstrable technical integrity at all times.

Everyone can have a significant input and see the value of what they deliver. As a new company, it’s possible to mould and influence how the organisation works and build something for the future. Our mix of youth and maturity is a great combination as youth brings ideas, new approaches and challenges to accepted ways of doing things, whilst maturity allows these ideas to be tested and reviewed.
