It has been brought to our attention that Coman Exploration Limited is being fraudulently represented as a subsidiary of Fairfield Energy Limited and that information from the Fairfield Energy website has been copied to an unauthorised address at www.comanexpltd.com. Furthermore, it has been reported that enquiries via this website have led to the offer of employment opportunities that are professed to have originated from Fairfield Energy Limited. In these circumstances, individuals have been requested to make payment for police clearance for a visa in association with the employment offer. We hereby confirm that Coman Exploration Limited is not a subsidiary of Fairfield Energy Limited, that the website and these employment offers are fraudulent, and that the persons or company responsible for them have no connection whatsoever with Fairfield Energy Limited. In all cases, Fairfield Energy Limited will only make an offer of employment following a formal face to face interview process.
Fraudulent Advertisements
It has been brought to our attention that certain employment opportunities that are professed to have originated from Fairfield Energy Limited, appearing via a recruitment website for potential opportunities in Ghana and West Africa, are fraudulent. Following an initial enquiry, the individual may be requested to make contact to arrange a medical examination or discuss potential opportunities with a Head of Operations for Ghana and West Africa. We hereby confirm that these recruitment advertisements are fraudulent and that the persons or company responsible for them have no connection whatsoever with Fairfield Energy Limited. In all cases, Fairfield Energy Limited will only arrange for an individual to complete a medical examination following a formal interview process and acceptance of a written employment offer. In addition, Fairfield Energy Limited deals exclusively with a small group of UK based recruitment providers who are authorised to act on the Company's behalf.
